The Nursing Department at Tishk International University arranged a national seminar for entire community, TIU Staffs and students, the seminar presented by Dr. Moslih Sabir Kareem, a psychiatric nurse, to discuss mental health issues, mediation, and mental health principles, on the occasion of International Mental Health Day.
The seminar’s objectives were to encourage people to assess their general mental health, seek medical care without feeling embarrassed, and dispel any myths they may have about getting mental health treatment.
