Final Session of Entrepreneurship and Career Development Skills Training Program Successfully Concluded
Today, 14th May 2026, the Faculty of Nursing successfully concluded the final session of the Entrepreneurship and Career Development Skills Training Program for 3rd grade students. The training program was organized and presented by honorable and highly appreciated lect. Goran Noori Saleh, Certified Training of Trainers (TOT) Specialist in Career Development and Entrepreneurship.
During the final session, Mr. Goran Noori Saleh delivered an interactive presentation focusing on key practical concepts related to entrepreneurship and career development, emphasizing the importance of personal growth, professional readiness, and innovative thinking for students’ future careers. The session highlighted essential strategies for transforming academic knowledge into practical opportunities in the labor market and encouraged students to develop confidence, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Throughout the training program, students were introduced to a wide range of topics including entrepreneurship principles, business idea development, career planning, employability skills, communication, teamwork, and professional ethics. The final day served as a comprehensive closing session, allowing students to reflect on the knowledge and skills gained during the course.
The last session witnessed active participation and meaningful discussion among students, demonstrating their strong interest in developing the competencies required for future professional success. The program contributed significantly to strengthening students’ awareness of career pathways and entrepreneurial opportunities in both healthcare and broader community settings.
This educational initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by promoting practical learning, student empowerment, innovation, and workforce preparedness.
