Educational Community- University Partnership Project
On April 26 and May 10, 2023, the Nursing Department, in collaboration with Ishik Brayaty International Primary School, held a community – university partnership project under the name of ” Interpersonal and intersocial education project”. The project consists of two days.
On April 26, nursing students organized a poster exhibition on school grounds. focused on raising awareness and improving students’ information regarding healthy sleep hygiene (how to sleep healthy), road traffic safety rules (how to cross the road and traffic signs), how to brush teeth, how to wash their hands, and how to use electronics in a healthy way.
All the necessary topics were described and explained to the students. While presenting some gifts to the students and making the students fun and interested.
However, on the second day, May 20, in addition to the project continuing with brochure distribution among students and explaining the topics, so they can take the brochures home and discuss them with their parents.
Thanks to our beloved students from second grade and their support, this event was a success.
