Capstone Project Workshop

The recent Capstone Project Workshop, Hosted by Nursing Department in collaboration with English Language Teaching Department was a resounding success, bringing together, faculty members to day of innovation, learning, and collaboration.

The workshop, held on 15th and 29th February 2024, was designed to guide our staff through the process of developing and refining the capstone projects, offering expert advice and hands-on experience.

The workshop consists of two days, First hosted in the ELT Department with a informative presentation by Dr. Venera Ulker Head of ELT Department.

Attendees engaged in a variety of sessions and activities, each tailored to the unique needs of students embarking on their final projects.

Second Day on 29th February 2024, Dr. Dara Al – Banna Head of Nursing Department gave a presentation and share his experience regarding Capstone Project. Then Dr. Norhan zaki present the presintation about capstone project in nursing proffesion and its applicablity.

Key highlights of the workshop included:

  • Interactive Project Planning: Participants learned the essentials of project planning, including setting milestones, managing resources, and anticipating obstacles. They were encouraged to bring their project ideas and refine them through interactive sessions with faculty and guest speakers.
  • Mentoring and Feedback: One of the most valuable aspects of the workshop was the opportunity for students to receive personalized feedback from experienced mentors. This one-on-one guidance helped students identify areas for improvement and set clear goals for their projects.
  • Networking Opportunities: The workshop also served as a networking event, allowing students to connect with industry professionals and other like-minded peers. These connections are expected to foster ongoing collaboration and provide students with insights into real-world applications of their projects.
