Seminar: Acute Coronary Syndrome – Clinical Insights for Nursing Students

In continuation of its mission to bridge academic learning with real clinical expertise, the Faculty of Nursing at Tishk International University was honored to welcome Dr. Mohammed Radha, an Arabic Board student of Internal Medicine, as the third industry guest of the academic year.
The seminar took place on December 3, 2025, and was titled “Acute Coronary Syndrome.”

The session provided an in-depth overview of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), focusing on its major risk factors, clinical presentation, diagnostic approaches, and the urgent management steps required for early intervention.
Dr. Mohammed enriched the seminar with practical insights from his hospital experience, helping third-grade nursing students understand how ACS cases are assessed and treated in real clinical environments.

The seminar was highly interactive, encouraging student participation through questions and discussion. The activity offered students valuable exposure to one of the most critical cardiac emergencies encountered in healthcare practice.

The Faculty of Nursing extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Radha for sharing his expertise, and to the students for their active involvement in this educational session.
