Emergency Care Protocols (Industry Guest Lecturer)
Dr. Gazang Noori Abdullah, a Senior House Officer of Emergency Medicine has performed an important clinical session on Emergency Care Protocols on March 4th, 2024 for our 3rd-grade students. During the session she focused on Endotracheal Intubation and covered its procedural steps, equipment needed, potential complications, and best practices for successful insertion of the endotracheal tube into the patient’s airway. She emphasized the importance of proper technique, patient assessment, and monitoring throughout the procedure to ensure patient safety and successful airway management. Students also had the opportunity to perform the practice. The students also had a hands-on practice session. Her contribution significantly enhanced the educational experience, earning her an appreciation letter from the Nursing Faculty.
