World Hospice and Palliative Care Day 2022
World Hospice and Palliative Care Day is an annual unified day of action to celebrate and support hospice and palliative care around the world.
With one voice, we will celebrate the importance of palliative care to quality of life, and advocate for equitable access for all.
The WHPCD theme for 2022:
“Healing Hearts and Communities”
Based on this International Day, the Nursing Department at Tishk International University has organised a seminar on the definition, orientation, and health promotion of Hospice and Palliative Care. The seminar will be presented by faculty staff member Ms. Shinwy Bakhtya, MSc. in Adult Nursing, on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Education Building- Seminar Hall No. 302.
